We offer a full range of services including consulting, design, repair/remodel, boundary line adjustment, and subdivision for your on-site sewage system (OSS).
Dave Huard has been working in the OSS industry since 1992. Dave was originally licensed to design on-site sewage systems in 1996 by King County. In 2001 State of Washington Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors began administering the licensing program. Dave continues to increase his knowledge base with ongoing education classes through the Washington On-site Wastewater Association (WOSSA).
April Huard holds down the fort at the office. She is your first stop for any questions you may have. Whether to request contracting information, confirm an appointment, check the status of your project and the like, she will happily work to find you the answers!
Our regular office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our voice mail and email are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We strive to make communication our number one priority and do respond outside of our normal office hours.
