Timeframe

We require a signed contract and payment of the site evaluation fee prior to scheduling. In order to accommodate all of our clientelle, projects are scheduled in the order that they are received. Please call to verify our current schedule. Please note that our schedule may change between speaking with you and the time we receive your contract and payment.

A verbal report may be available the same day as the site visit while a written report will a be available within approximately 5-7 business days.

When you are ready to proceed to the site application (septic design) there will be certain items, county specific, we will need from you in order to complete the package. These generally include verification of water supply, critical area reporting, etc. Once we have received all of the necessary documents, our design phase of your project will take approximately two to three weeks.

The time involved in construction management varies widely based on many variables. These include, but are not limited to, your hiring a master installer, receipt of additional documentation, the installer's schedule, site conditions, system type, etc.

We recommend you obtain bids from a minimum of three master installers prior to signing a contract. Installation costs vary based on system type and site conditions. It is important to review all bids for included services in order to compare as "apples to apples". We maintain a list of recommended installers in our office.
